Implementation

In conjunction with Skillsmart, Bodycare Stores have implemented an ESOL programme, using CD-ROM to assess individuals at induction, performance review or when putting staff forward for vocational qualifications. This flexible system has been tailored to suit sector specific needs with an accessible bite-sized approach. A personal progression programme is shaped encompassing basic skills and job-specific training.
